What is the purity of Ipamorelin?

Ipamorelin is supplied at a HPLC-tested purity of 99%+ (HPLC, third-party tested). Each batch is independently analysed and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on request.

How should this product be stored?

Store the lyophilized vial refrigerated at 2–8 °C and protected from light. After reconstitution, keep refrigerated and use within 2–4 weeks. For long-term storage of unreconstituted vials, -20 °C is recommended.

Is a Certificate of Analysis (COA) available?

Yes. A batch-specific third-party COA (HPLC purity, mass spectrometry) is available for every lot. Send us the batch number on your vial and we email the COA the same working day.

Research Overview

Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide agonist of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a, the ghrelin receptor). Unlike earlier-generation growth hormone releasing peptides (GHRPs), Ipamorelin is studied for its high selectivity for growth hormone pulse stimulation with minimal reported effect on cortisol, prolactin, ACTH or aldosterone secretion in preclinical models. It is frequently investigated in combination with GHRH analogs such as CJC-1295 for synergistic growth hormone axis research.
