6. Local-law compliance
6.1 The buyer must determine whether importing and possessing the ordered peptides is legal in their jurisdiction. 6.2 By purchasing, the buyer confirms compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations.
7. Resale and commercial misuse
7.1 Resale, distribution or transfer is prohibited unless the recipient is a qualified research institution that accepts the same restrictions in writing. 7.2 Supply to consumers or parties intending human consumption is forbidden. 7.3 Products must not be marketed as supplements, medicines or cosmetics. 7.4 Titan Pep may end the relationship, block orders and recover losses following unauthorised resale.
8. Shipping and customs
8.1 The buyer is solely responsible for customs clearance in the destination country. 8.2 Titan Pep is not liable for seizure by customs or government authorities. 8.3 No refund is issued for orders detained or destroyed by customs.
9. Returns
9.1 Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and contamination risk, Titan Pep does not accept returns. 9.2 All sales are final once dispatched.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
10.1 This disclaimer and agreements between the buyer and Titan Pep are governed exclusively by Dutch law. 10.2 Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
11. Severability
If any provision is unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remainder of this disclaimer remains in full force.
12. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, logos and images, belongs to Titan Pep and may not be used without written permission.
13. Age verification
13.1 Titan Pep may request proof of age and identity at any time to verify that the buyer is at least 18. 13.2 Orders may be cancelled without refund if valid proof is refused or cannot be supplied.
