Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to every visit to titanpep.eu and to every order placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. They apply to all language versions of this site.

2. Research use only

All products sold on this site are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. They are not medicines, food, food supplements or cosmetics, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any condition.

Product descriptions, research summaries and any other content on this site are provided for scientific information only and are not medical advice or a recommendation to use any product on people or animals.

By ordering, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;

• you will use the products only for lawful research purposes and handle them according to good laboratory practice;

• you are responsible for checking that buying, importing, storing and using the products is lawful where you are.

We may refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.

3. Products and information

We do our best to describe products, purity and concentrations accurately. Every batch is tested and a Certificate of Analysis is available on our Lab Results page. Product images are for illustration and packaging may differ slightly.

We may change our range, descriptions and prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices on the site are shown in euros excluding VAT, because VAT depends on the country the order is delivered to. The applicable VAT and shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The total at checkout is the price you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we are not bound by that price. We will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

5. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, payment fails, or the order looks fraudulent or in breach of section 2. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the full amount.

6. Payment

Payment is made at checkout through our payment providers (Stripe, Klarna, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, as available). We do not store your full card or bank details. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship from the Netherlands to addresses within Europe. Dispatch times, delivery estimates and packaging details are described on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure your address is correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

You are responsible for any import rules, duties or restrictions that apply in your country.

8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, for products that are still sealed and unopened in their original packaging.

Because our products are temperature-sensitive and sealed for purity and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal of a vial or package has been broken after delivery.

To withdraw, contact us at info@titanpep.eu within the 14 days with your order number. You must return the products within 14 days after notifying us. Return shipping costs are for your account. We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days after receiving the returned products, using the same payment method.

Damaged, incorrect and lost orders are handled as described on our Returns page.

9. Complaints and warranty

If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

We aim to answer every complaint within 14 days.

10. Storage and handling

Store products as indicated on the product page and the label. We are not responsible for loss of quality caused by incorrect storage, reconstitution or handling after delivery.

11. Liability

We are not liable for any damage resulting from use of the products contrary to section 2, including any use on humans or animals, or from failure to follow applicable laws.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

12. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of these terms.

13. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Titan Pep or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

14. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
